Employer Description :
Based in Bath with our head office in Bath, Tivarri is a cybersecurity and cloud computing consultancy, focused on providing cloud services for financial services organisations.
Main Responsibilities:
* To work on the Helpdesk dealing with customer’s IT issues and ensure helpdesk systems, logs and records are kept up to date.
* To provide an initial analysis and work to provide a first fix for the customer whenever possible.
* Escalate issues and alert a senior member of staff as appropriate
* Be aware of Service Level Agreements and monitor performance against them
* Be able to diagnose technical faults quickly and accurately using the remote access diagnostic tools available.
Desirable Skills:
* Excellent customer facing skills
* Good telephone manner
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and associated applications e.g., Microsoft Office
* Attention to detail
* Good communication, problem solving and technical writing skills.
