We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team.
As an Account Manager, you will work independently on existing client accounts under the guidance of the Client Relationship Manager and an Account Director. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new clients and maintaining and developing existing accounts.

Responsibilities
* Complete administrative tasks related to onboarding, from PSQ to go-live, and communicate these stages to clients and internal departments
* Ensure high accuracy and quality control through attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
* Manage client expectations; work swiftly with internal teams and clients to resolve disruptions or issues during service delivery
* Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets
* Coordinate daily with colleagues and update them on work developments to ensure team cooperation
* Keep Key Account Managers informed of relevant account developments
* Attend client site meetings as required, with or without a KAM
* Gain detailed knowledge of the car park management system and its implementation to meet client needs
* Compile proposals and contracts
* Prepare and analyze reports for senior management and clients
* Successfully launch new sites, ensuring stakeholders are trained and communications are issued
* Handle escalated client queries regarding permits, appeals, refunds by liaising with relevant internal departments
* Assist in achieving Account Management targets set by the Management Team within specified timeframes
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong account management and relationship-building skills
* Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
* Strong IT and written English skills
* Confidence in engaging with all levels of personnel internally and externally
* Willingness to take responsibility and ownership of tasks
* Willingness to travel and undertake overnight stays
* Ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team
* Experience in an administrative support role
* Capacity to work under pressure due to unpredictable customer requests
