John D Wood & Co. are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our marketing team. With a focus on developing and executing performance marketing campaigns. The role requires someone with energy and the skills to get things done. Working closely with other members of the marketing team as well as the UK & International senior leadership teams.
About the role
* Along with the Senior Marketing Manager design, execute and manage a demand generation program; driving high-quality leads to the sales and lettings teams
* Working with Senior Marketing Manager to manage media channels such as Direct Mail, PPC, Paid social, email campaigns and the creation of landing pages
* Ensure a test and learn mindset in everything we do - to really drive the marketing programs to be best in class across the industry
* Identify & test new ideas; channels, tactics; maintain a quarterly testing plan
* Measure, evaluate and optimise daily marketing performance campaigns
* Working with the Senior Marketing Manager Identify key audiences across the acquisition journey, building bespoke communication approaches tailored to individual consumer need states and user missions
* Create strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across the entire business
* Challenge media agencies to deliver best in class work and innovative solutions to campaigns
Job Requirements
* More than 2 year\'s hands-on experience in marketing teams
* Experience of running successful brand, paid social, paid search, direct mail and email campaigns from conception to execution either at an agency, or a fast paced client-side environment.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills that support using data to develop, validate and measure marketing campaign
* A team player and self-starter who feels comfortable working autonomously in a small team as well as fitting into a large-scale organisation
* Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines
