Position Overview
Autodesk is looking for aSeniorAccount Based Marketing Manager to drive growth initiatives within a targeted set of key accounts with Account Based Marketing (ABM) methods to drive andinfluencepipeline, executive engagement, long term customer relationships,andawareness and adoption of Autodesk software and servicesto our Enterprise Customers.
Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with sales on account plans, marketing strategy,toolsand customer programs. Identifymarketing opportunities to intentionally support and drive the business with ABM
2. Team with broader organization of account-based marketerswhere relevant to drive growth amongst a select number of accounts
3. Plan out high-touch account-based marketing plans with clear growth, executive contact,pipelineand revenueobjectives. Nurture contacts within the prioritized accounts and engage that audience consistently with innovative,unexpectedand intentional marketing to drive account opportunities
4. Foster peer-to-peer interaction within their industry and across industries to enable customers to share best practices
5. Develop new andleverageexisting programs, tools and assets designed toshowcaseAutodesk as a strategic partner to enable the customer to get the most value out of our solutions,relationshipand services
6. Measure the success of your account-based marketing programs
7. Navigate the Autodesk organization andleverageprofessional networks toidentifyinternal and external resources, stakeholders, and programs that support enterprise account objectives
8. Serve as ‘voice’ of the account teams and their customers to the larger Autodesk organization to ensure that their needs aretaken into accountas programs and tools are developed and put into place
Minimum Qualifications
9. Solid written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation communication skills in English; other languages an advantage
10. Degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent professional training / experience
11. Solid professional experience in B2B marketing for large accounts
12. Proventrack recordof successfully originating fresh breakthrough ideas in an account-based marketing capacity to supportsales objectives,validatingthose ideas with keystakeholdersand carrying them through to execution
13. Strong analytical skills as basis for ABM strategic and tactical planning and optimization
14. Demonstrated ability to provide strategic and consultative input to sales team
15. Direct customer-facing experience in enterprise, account-based, field marketing or solution sales role
16. Self-motivated team player able to work cross-functionally
17. Experience using salesforce.com
18. ExperienceleveragingAI desirable
19. Ability to travel (up to 30% during peak time)
