Role Overview
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop. Youll handle customer enquiries, book in vehicles, manage repair orders, and ensure customers are kept informed throughout the repair process. Youll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the front of house operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Greet customers warmly and provide an excellent first impression.
2. Schedule service and repair appointments efficiently to optimise workshop capacity.
3. Prepare and explain estimates, invoices, and job cards clearly and accurately.
