£25,000 base + Commission (£30,000 OTE) + Benefits

Connect Fibre is a rapidly expanding and exciting new business offering the very latest ‘Full Fibre’ to homes and businesses across the nation. With broadband speeds of up to 2000 Mbps, new Wi-Fi 7 technology, exceptional customer service, and costing no more than current internet packages, customer growth is expected to be exponential. Our product sells itself!


The Opportunity:


We seek for a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our team in a dual-role position focused on driving and scheduling installations whilst supporting customers through their onboarding journey. While there is a commission structure in place, this role is primarily about coordinating orders, managing calendars, and delivering excellent service.


Key Responsibilities:


Scheduling & Coordination:


* Manage and coordinate installation appointments with customers.
* Utilise internal scheduling tools and calendars to optimise time slots and resource allocation.
* Communicate clearly with customers to confirm appointments and resolve any queries.
* Update internal systems and ensure all stakeholders are informed of changes or updates.
* Liaise with customers and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.


Customer Service:


* Provide friendly and professional support to customers throughout the installation process.
* Handle inbound enquiries and assist with order tracking, appointment changes, and general queries.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
* Ensure a positive customer experience from initial contact through to installation.


Bonus Sales Activity (Optional):


* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell fibre packages where appropriate.
* Earn commission for successful conversions or upgrades — no cold calling required.


The Candidate:


* Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, or operational coordination.
* A background in Energy, Telecoms or Fibre Broadband services.
* Experience using scheduling or CRM software
* Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented.
* A confident communicator with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
* Comfortable using digital tools, calendars, and CRM systems.
* Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

* £25,000 base salary plus commission (OTE £30,000)
