We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join the Frontier team, based at Diss, on a temporary, fixed-term basis for 6 months.
You will plan and coordinate the delivery of a range of products to farmer customers, utilizing our Frontier delivery fleet and third-party transport. You will also work as part of a team to deliver first class customer service whilst remaining cost effective.

Your Role
As a Logistics Coordinator your role will involve:
Providing first class customer service and experience within a customer-first culture
Seeking to understand and deliver on customer expectations
Ensuring concise communication to all customers and stakeholders
Delivering on customer service KPIs and SLAs
Achieving the best possible balance of service and cost, through good planning, communication and choice of transport option
Delivering plans based on customer expectations
Coordinating product availability for dispatch with the supply chain and production team
Utilising own fleet transport cost effectively and working to budgets
Ensuring we remain safe, legal and compliant
Utilising third party hauliers and couriers to provide effective delivery service
Monitoring haulier performance against SLA and expectations
Planning deliveries and ensuring expectations are met
Working in collaboration with the site team to ensure efficient out loading
Some early morning starts so that you are on hand to deal with any issues that occur during the early hours
