Land Surveyor / Topographical Surveyor
This challenging and exciting opportunity requires a qualified Land Surveyor or Topographical Surveyor possessing at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. An attractive basic salary (permanent) plus bonus, fully expensed commercial vehicle, and full benefits package are on offer to the successful candidate. The role involves local works/sites only, with no requirement for working away from home.
Due to the company's continued growth and a significant workload of contracts, our client seeks an experienced Land Surveyor / Topographical Surveyor responsible for leading and managing all surveying aspects of complex projects. The position will support engineering, project, and site management teams.
The Role
* Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted on site.
* Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, lines, and other terrain characteristics to produce accurate volumetric information.
* Prepare or supervise the preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys.
* Take measurements and survey data to determine positions and elevations.
* Process surveys and earthworks for ground modelling.
* Carry out surveys and as-builts using Total Station equipment.
* Support various sites, teams, and managers in the successful delivery of projects.
* Proficiency with industry-related software (e.g., AutoCAD 3D, BIM, or N4CE).
