LME Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Warehouse Forklift Counterbalance Driver to join a modern, tech-driven logistics team in Felixstowe. If you’re reliable, safety-focused, and ready for your next challenge in a forward-thinking environment, we want to hear from you.

The role:
* Operating a counterbalance forklift to safely move goods within the warehouse
* Loading and unloading vehicles
* Ensuring stock is accurately stored and recorded
* Supporting general warehouse operations and maintaining a tidy workspace
* Following all health & safety procedures
About you:
* Valid counterbalance forklift licence (RTITB/ITSSAR accredited)
* Previous warehouse experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Reliable and proactive attitude
