My Cloud Hospitality offers a next-generation Property Management System (PMS) designed to streamline hotel operations and enhance guest experiences.
Together, we are looking for a high-performing sales professional to promote and sell both solutions in the UK, Nordics, and Benelux markets.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Consultant with a background in SaaS, hospitality technology, or software sales. This role will involve selling both Optimiser CRM and My Cloud Hospitality PMS to new and existing partners, with a focus on the hospitality sector as well as other industries where relevant. The ideal candidate will excel in consultative selling, relationship management, and closing high-value deals.
Note: We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. You must have the permanent right to work in the UK to be considered.
Key Responsibilities
* New Business Development – Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities for both CRM and PMS solutions.
* Partner Engagement – Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships as the primary point of contact.
* Product Demonstrations – Present and demonstrate both platforms to potential partners, tailoring presentations to partner needs.
* Market Expansion – Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the UK, Nordics, and Benelux regions.
* Cross-Promotion – Actively promote the benefits of integrated CRM and PMS solutions to maximise value for partners.
* Collaboration – Work closely with the marketing team to create and optimise lead-generation campaigns.
* Market Intelligence – Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.
* Negotiation & Closing – Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
* Feedback Loop – Provide insights to product teams based on customer feedback and market demands.
Qualification and Skills
* 3+ years of B2B software sales experience (SaaS, hospitality tech, CRM, or PMS preferred).
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of hospitality operations, CRM workflows, or SaaS sales cycles.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Consultative selling approach with the ability to tailor solutions to partner needs.
* Self-motivated with strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
* Willingness to travel for partner meetings, demos, and industry events.
