Residential Conveyancing Fee-Earner (Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer) – Spelthorne, Surrey

With a loyal client base and regular conveyancing instructions including high-net-worth residential matters in the local area, this is a great place to grow and thrive.

What you’ll handle:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages
* Transfers of equity
Who we’re looking for:
* 1+ years of PQE
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer
* Confident managing your own end-to-end residential conveyancing caseload
