Shift Supervisor Altera Recruitment Group is in search for a Shift Supervisor to oversee operational performance of their clients Anaerobic Digestion facility. Operating on a 4 on, 4 off days only shift rotation (12 hour shifts), the Shift Supervisor will be responsible for leading site operations during shift, supervising a team, ensuring performance standards are achieved, and supporting the safe and efficient running of plant activities.
