Support Workers Role:
As a Support Worker, youll support people to live as independently as possible, in line with their personal choices and goals. This includes helping with daily routines, personal care, health, and wellbeing, and encouraging social and community inclusion.
You will be a key part of delivering care that issafe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led the five CQC quality standards.
