George Salter Academy are seeking to appoint an experienced and self-motivated Senior Science Technician (37 hours per week, term-time + 1 week). The successful applicant will be able to work on their own initiative, have good organisational skills and work well under pressure in order to facilitate and actively contribute to high quality teaching and learning across Key stages 3, 4 and 5. You will also have line management responsibilities for our Science Technician.
The role involves working with teaching staff to prepare for lessons and ensuring that laboratories and preparation rooms are maintained in a well organised condition, ensuring the safe storage and accessibility of equipment, tools and materials.
