The Role: Work closely with teaching staff to support learning activities across a variety of subjects Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with additional learning needs Help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom experience Assist with classroom management and behaviour support strategies Support students' academic progress as well as their emotional and social development Ideal Candidate: Previous experience working with secondary-aged students, ideally in an educational setting A calm, patient and proactive approach A genuine desire to make a difference in young people's lives Strong communication and teamwork skills Relevant qualifications or training in education/SEND (desirable) Why Join Through Tradewind Recruitment?
