Working pattern:
Varied shifts including early mornings from 6:30am (store opening), afternoons, late evenings until 10pm (store closing), and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Role will also include working in our in-store bakery.

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service – respond to queries, champion Co-op products and Membership, work in our in-store bakery, and deliver a great shopping experience.
* Support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members, making everyone's day better.
* Ensure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked, and check prices, dates, and temperatures.
* Help introduce new products and services, sharing experiences so everyone learns together.
* Support your local community by getting involved in activities and events.
