We are looking for compassionate, motivated, and reliable Support Workers to join our dedicated team providing high-quality care and support to adults with complex needs and learning disabilities.
This rewarding role involves supporting individuals to live as independently as possible while promoting dignity, choice, inclusion, and personal development in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs
Assist with personal care, medication, mobility, and daily living tasks
Support individuals with behavioural, emotional, and physical needs
Promote independence, confidence, and life skills development
Encourage participation in social, educational, and community activities
Follow care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour support strategies
Maintain accurate records and daily documentation
Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams
Safeguard vulnerable adults and uphold best practice standards
Requirements
Experience supporting adults with complex needs and/or learning disabilities preferred
NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach
Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care principles
Full UK Driving Licence preferred but not essential
Enhanced xehkeey DBS required (or willingness to obtain)
