We’re recruiting a talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a beautiful coastal resort in West Cornwall, home to an award-winning restaurant known for its modern, seasonal dishes.

What you’ll be doing:
1. Running your own section with confidence
2. Supporting across the kitchen when needed
3. Delivering high standards under pressure
4. Maintaining excellent food safety & hygiene
