Salary: £80,000 - 85,000 per year Requirements: SAP PMO / Programme Management / Senior Project experience - 5-8 years Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA Transformation programmes Knowledge of programme governance, RAID management, and reporting Strong planning and organisational capabilities Experience managing third-party vendors effectively Excellent stakeholder coordination across business and technology teams Experience in FMCG, CPG, manufacturing, retail, or supply chain environments preferred Responsibilities: Provide structured PMO leadership and coordination support across a complex SAP S/4HANA Transformation programme Maintain the integrated programme plan and track milestones and dependencies Manage RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies) Support programme governance and reporting cycles Coordinate delivery across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and IT workstreams Support UAT planning, cutover readiness, and go-live preparation Track budget, resources, and programme performance metrics Prepare Steering Committee reporting and governance packs Support finance transformation initiatives including process harmonisation, reporting improvements, and operational optimisation Technologies: Support SAP More: We are an FMCG organisation embarking on a significant SAP S/4HANA Transformation programme across the UK and Europe.
