Internal Sales & Account Executive (Office-Based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am5:00pm
Salary: From £23,000 to £27,000 + Bonus
Holiday: 21 days + bank holidays

The role
This is a varied, people-focused role where youll be the first point of contact for customers getting in touch. Youll manage all inbound enquiries and support outbound campaigns in line with our sales plan guiding enquiries through to sale, and looking after customers to encourage repeat business.
Key responsibilities
Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and our website, responding promptly and professionally.
Understand what the customer needs, recommend the right solution, and produce accurate quotations.
Follow up enquiries and quotes to keep opportunities moving and close sales.
Support outbound campaigns (calls/emails) and help build a healthy sales pipeline.
Keep the CRM up to date with activity, notes, and outcomes.
Manage the sales process through to order completion, ensuring details are correct and customers are kept informed.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth internal coordination and a great customer experience.
What were looking for
Sales and/or customer service experience (B2B).
A confident, friendly, and professional communicator by phone and email.
Organised and detail-focused, with strong follow-up habits.
Comfortable working to targets and balancing inbound work with planned outbound activity.
A team player who enjoys working with others and pitching in when needed.
Happy to take on a varied role, with occasional tasks in other departments depending on business need.
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365.
