GSL Education are currently recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teacher to work in a welcoming and inclusive school located in Derby. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and deliver high-quality teaching from September 2025.
As a KS2 Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum for Key Stage 2.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
* Use a range of assessment tools to monitor and promote pupil progress.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to raise achievement.
* Encourage independent thinking, resilience, and a love for learning.
To be a KS2 Teacher, candidates will be required to:
* Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Have experience teaching within KS2 in UK school setting.
* Be confident in classroom management and differentiation techniques.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
* Show enthusiasm, creativity, and dedication to continuous professional development.
* Have an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* A full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any gaps in employment in the last 10 years.
