Sea Global are proud to support a well-regarded Education institution in their search for a Procurement professional to join their dynamic and growing team.
Following significant investment into procurement and a strong pipeline of strategic projects, this is an exciting time to come on board. The procurement function is well-embedded within the organisation and operates with full backing of the leadership team.
Reporting to a forward-thinking Procurement Director, you'll help manage the Estates and Facilities Management (FM) category – a critical area with high visibility and impact. From day one, you’ll support tenders and help influence key stakeholders across the University.
This opportunity is suitable for someone with a background in public sector procurement who’s looking to broaden their experience and work on meaningful, tangible projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support end-to-end procurement processes across Estates and FM, from tendering through to supplier management.
* Run compliant and commercially sound tenders, including Frameworks.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
* Develop and implement strategic category plans aligned with long-term objectives.
Experience & Requirements
* Procurement experience across the full lifecycle.
* Knowledge of public procurement regulations (PCR2015, Procurement Act, OJEU, UCR, etc.).
* Estates, Hard or Soft FM experience would be ideal but is not essential.
* CIPS qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
