Barker Ross are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Co-ordinator to join a growing team in a distribution company based in the LE67 Coalville area.
The working hours for the Warehouse Co-ordinator position is Monday to Friday 06:00 till 14:00
The pay rate for this role is £13.21
This job is temporary with a possibility of going permanent
Job Duties:
· Direct the day-to-day activities of team members assigned to your area
· Identify and implement necessary training and development
· Role model effective and respectful working behaviours whilst championing customer service
· Identify systems or process improvements and make recommendations for change
· Communication with management and clients on all levels
· Ad Hoc warehouse duties
The ideal candidate will have:
· Continuous improvement mind-set
· Experience of leading teams
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
