Assistant General Manager | Luxury Coastal Restaurant | Relocation (UK) £60,000 per annum | Full-Time
We are recruiting an experienced Assistant General Manager to join a highly regarded, destination-led luxury coastal restaurant operating at a high level of volume and service standards.
This is a senior, hands-on management role, working closely with the General Manager in the day-to-day running of a busy, seasonal operation. The role has a strong focus on service delivery, people leadership and operational excellence. While the venue reopens in March, interviews are taking place now to secure the right candidate ahead of the new season.
Whats on Offer Salary: £60,000 per annum
Full-time, senior management position
Seasonal operation with approximately 2 months off per year

What Were Looking For Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager, or a strong Deputy / Operations Manager ready to step up

Willingness to relocate and fully commit to the role and seasonal rhythm
