Overview
We operate throughout the Greater Manchester area providing high quality and person centred care to individuals with support needs including mental health, learning disabilities, complex needs and older adults. We are seeking to recruit Relief Support Workers in the area.
As a Creative Support Relief Support Worker you will promote independence and dignity, supporting individuals to live inclusive lives within the local community. You will work with both staff and clients to provide personal and housing related support and help with daily living needs.
Responsibilities
* Provide emotional and practical support to clients on a daily basis
* Support with daily living activities such as personal care and household duties
* Assist with medication management, healthy living and community engagement
* Collaborate with staff to maintain independence and dignity of service users
Qualifications
* 12 months previous care experience is an essential requirement
* New starters must attend mandatory induction courses before starting shift work

You will have access to a free app to pick up shifts in the Greater Manchester area (and elsewhere in the country), access service information, and directions. You will be paid weekly; pay varies depending on the service worked at.
