As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing great service at the tills and shop floor, restocking shelves, and cleaning up spillages. We focus on making things fairer for our members and communities, supporting your wellbeing, and offering policies to help you through life events.
What you'll do
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience.
* Support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Ensure the store is safe and legal by keeping shelves stocked, and prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
* Help introduce new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
* Support your local community by participating in activities and events.
