Requirements * Ability to demonstrate values such as integrity, accountability, and a person-centred approach * Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide references covering at least two years (including all roles involving children or vulnerable people) * Desire to work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent (training provided) * Previous experience in a residential care setting is desirable but not essential * Full UK driving licence (due to the role’s requirements) DBS and reference checks will be conducted in line with government regulations and safer recruitment practices.
