We have an opportunity for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join a practice in Daventry, Northamptonshire.
The practice is looking for an experienced veterinary surgeon who has good experience gained in a small animal practice, excellent communication skills and the ability to create trusting and dependable relationships with your clients. You will be a mentor and line manager to the mobile vet and nurse team who work across the branches in the area. This role will be most suitable for a candidate who enjoys clinical work but also has a passion for teaching. You will be confident performing routine surgeries and consultations in order to provide the gold standard of care to the practice's patients and clients. You will have the confidence to work sole charge and the teamwork skills to collaborate with the vet and nursing team.
This role is full time for 4 days per week, along with 1 in 3 Saturdays or 1 in 6 full weekends at a nearby 24hr veterinary hospital. There will be no OOH work or on-call duties.

25. You will have practical experience gained in a small animal practice
26. You will be comfortable working sole charge
27. You will ideally have a bias or area of specialism that you would like to pursue

Package:
50. Salary: Up to £65, per annum, dependant on experience
