About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has already got a bit of marketing experience under their belt, especially in a B2B setting.
You will be part of a small team delivering multi-channel marketing activity. Our primary audience is trade—distributors, wholesalers, and retailers—but you will also be helping to shape how we speak to end consumers.
From email campaigns and brochures to events and web content, you will play a key role in making sure our message lands in the right place, at the right time. You will have the support of a good team, but you will have the space to bring ideas, own your projects and grow with us as the business scales. A can-do attitude is what matters most.
What you will be doing
· Assisting with the UK delivery of marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels
· Managing and scheduling content across our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook)
· Writing engaging copy for emails, social, blogs, brochures, and press releases
· Updating and contributing to our website and blog
· Helping coordinate our presence at trade events and exhibitions.
· Keeping an eye on market trends and competitors, sharing insights with the wider team
· Working with sales and product teams to ensure consistency in our messaging and assets
· Producing or updating sales support collateral—brochures, case studies, product cards and more
· Assisting with basic image editing and design using Adobe Creative Suite
What we are looking for
· 1–3 years of experience in a similar marketing role, ideally in a B2B or product-led business
· A good grasp of marketing principles and confidence using a mix of channels.
· Excellent writing skills with the ability to flex tone for different audiences.
· Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social)
· Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo or similar
· Comfortable using Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Express)
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
· Organised and able to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
· Self-motivated, positive, and happy working at a steady pace as part of a collaborative team
· Initiative-taking and confident in sharing ideas and contributing to team discussions.
· Experience in photography or video content creation would be an advantage.

A competitive salary of £25,000–£30,000 depending on experience.
20 days’ holiday plus 8 bank holidays, with an extra day added for each year of service up to 23 days, Rothley cover all holidays during the Christmas period and do not deduct from your yearly allowance.
