Location: Staffordshire (travel required)

Pay: Tier 1 £20.00 per hour + mileage | Tier 2 £22.00 per hour + mileage (enhanced clinical duties)

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (full-time, rolling rota) with overnight stays when required

Then we want you to join our new Specialist Mobilisation Team as an Intensive Support Worker.

Were excited to be launching a brand-new Intensive Support Worker Mobilisation Team, dedicated to setting up and stabilising complex care packages across Birmingham and beyond.

This specialist team will play a vital role in our growth ensuring safe, high-quality care is delivered from day one, whilst permanent local teams are being established. Between new mobilisations, youll also support our existing complex care packages, helping provide consistency and continuity of care.
