You will be part of our Medical Gas Solutions Service team reporting to the Business Line Manager - Aftermarket. In this role, you will combine your technical expertise and customer‑facing skills to support our service department by preparing quotations to ensure customers have the right service solutions for their needs. This Inside Service Sales Representative position is ideal for someone who enjoys technical problem‑solving, parts sourcing, and working closely with both customers and internal service teams.

Your day-to-day
* Serve as primary internal contact for customers and service technicians regarding preventative maintenance agreements, service parts, pricing and availability
* Qualify inbound leads and opportunities, identify customer requirements, and recommend appropriate technical solutions
* Prepare accurate and timely quotations and respond to customer requests for quotations and proposals (RFQ/RFP) with high level of responsiveness and professionalism
* Maintain win/loss status of all service quotations and follow up on quotes and proposals to drive conversion and meet/exceed inside sales targets
* Maintain a list of Preventative Maintenance Agreements (PMA) and notify customers of upcoming services and contracts coming due for renewal
* Collaborate with engineering, service, and purchasing to confirm feasibility, lead times, and special requirements
Your Skills And Experience
* OSSD
* 2+ years experience in inside sales, technical sales, applications engineering, or customer support in a B2B environment
* Mechanical / electrical / technical aptitude
* Experience preparing quotations and proposals
* Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non‑technical contacts
* Proficient with MS Office and customer / sales / quotation management software systems
Your Compensation And Benefits
* Pay: $50,000.00 to $56,000.00 annual salary with monthly commission structure
