The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, organised, and people‑focused professional to join our Workplace Operations team. Acting as a key point of contact for front‑of‑house and office coordination, you’ll help deliver a welcoming, well‑run, and compliant workplace environment. Reporting to the Manager, Workplace Operations UK, you’ll play an important role in supporting colleagues, visitors, and wider business operations. You’ll have the opportunity to: Provide professional front‑of‑house support, welcoming visitors and internal colleagues to the London office Support the daily operation of reception, working alongside the receptionist to ensure a seamless experience Coordinate meeting room bookings, room set‑ups, and ensure spaces are clean, tidy, and well‑presented Register external guests and support visitor access, including guest Wi‑Fi and refreshments Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and couriers, and prepare outgoing post daily Maintain office supplies, stationery cupboards, and printer readiness Ensure meeting rooms are stocked with appropriate provisions Use initiative and judgement to manage requests efficiently and escalate matters when required Provide ad‑hoc administrative support to the Workplace Operations team and office coordinators Assist with internal events, social activities, and office initiatives Build positive working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders, contributing to a cohesive office culture What You’ll Bring You are professional, organised, and service‑oriented, with a strong desire to create a positive workplace experience. You take pride in your attention to detail, communicate confidently, and enjoy working collaboratively in a fast‑paced office environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: Previous experience in an office, reception, or administrative support role Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and welcoming manner Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) The ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to support a global office environment The ability to work calmly under pressure and manage multiple tasks Desired: Experience in reception or front‑of‑house roles Experience supporting office operations or facilities coordination A willingness to learn and grow within a workplace operations function Why Join Us?
