This is a wonderful opportunity to engage students in language and literature, helping them grow in confidence across reading, writing, speaking, and critical analysis. Role Responsibilities for English Teacher : Plan and teach engaging English lessons across all Key Stages. Deliver reading, writing, speaking, and listening instruction, including language and literature analysis. Inspire students to develop a genuine enthusiasm for reading, writing, and literature. Monitor pupil progress, offer constructive feedback, and support their academic growth. Work closely with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and share successful teaching approaches. What You’ll Bring as an English Teacher : UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification. Experience teaching English in a school setting. Strong subject knowledge and excellent classroom management skills. Creativity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for engaging students in English learning. Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
