Position: Fast-Food Team Member
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal
Pay Rates: Up to £12.21 per hour depending on age
Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Fast-Food Team Member. Who can resist a great takeaway? At Haven, we've brought some favourites to the seaside, including Burger King, Papa John’s, Slim Chickens, and Chopstix Noodle Bars!
We’re looking for energetic and friendly Fast-Food Team Members to join our team, where you’ll help prepare and serve our tasty takeaway meals in a fast-paced, fun environment. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and love the idea of serving up delicious food, this role is made for you!
Key Responsibilities
* Warmly greet guests, take orders, and answer menu questions.
* Prepare and assemble food, following brand recipes and quality standards.
* Pack and serve orders quickly and correctly to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Efficiently process payments, and handle transactions.
* Maintain a clean, stocked workspace and follow food safety guidelines.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements
* Experience in fast food, quick service restaurants, or retail is a plus but not essential; we provide full training.
* Customer service experience – friendly, approachable and ready to help guests.
* Familiarity with basic food preparation.
* Attention to detail, particularly when handling food orders and cash transactions.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
