About the role
Connex Education is working with welcoming and supportive primary schools across Chesterfield and nearby areas who are looking for a Supply SEND Teacher to join them full time. You will deliver pre-prepared lessons, maintain a positive and structured classroom, and support pupils aged 7–11 with their learning and development. This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact across different school communities.

Assignment details
This role will commence after the October half term, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Person specification
7. Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
8. Have recent UK-based experience teaching in a primary school setting (any year group)
9. Be confident managing classroom behaviour and engaging pupils
10. Demonstrate adaptability and reliability across different school environments
11. Hold a current DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
