We are recruiting for an experienced Service Co-ordinator in one of our leading clients based in North Yorkshire. A family-owned, progressive organisation who have multiple sites across North and West Yorkshire, the Northeast and the Midlands.
This dual-role position involves coordinating repairs for machinery, upselling and booking in services including all administration. You will maintain high standards of customer service, and drive department growth.
We are looking for a service led candidate who has experience managing documentation, processing invoices, warranties and has strong attention to detail. A strong communicator who can work with stakeholders.
