Contract (Hybrid/Remote)
Overview
We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Lead / Executive Producer to drive the development and delivery of monetised games with virtual worlds (Horizon Worlds, Roblox etc). The experiences will feature in-world purchases and social-first mechanics. You’ll lead the full product cycle from concept to launch over short time frames with the potential to extend into live-ops.

Key Responsibilities
* Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs.
* Oversee cross-functional development teams (design, art, engineering)
* Implement monetisation strategies (F2P economy, virtual goods, progression systems)
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
* Coordinate user testing, analytics and feedback loops to inform development
* Ensure smooth launch and post-launch support planning
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience shipping virtual worlds or social games with F2P mechanics
* Strong understanding of in-world economies and user engagement loops
* Skilled in agile production pipelines and rapid iteration cycles
* Deep familiarity with Horizon Worlds or similar platforms
* Excellent communicator, collaborator, and problem solver
Nice to Have
* Background in live ops or community-driven game development
* Experience with UGC systems or tools
