Banking Paralegal
Location: London, Reading, or Birmingham (Hybrid - 50/50 office and home working) Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Banking Paralegal to join a leading international law firm known for its high-quality work, collaborative culture, and commitment to professional development.This role offers the chance to work across a variety of banking and finance matters, supporting major lenders, investors, and corporate clients on a mix of domestic and cross-border transactions. You'll be part of a team that values initiative, precision, and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation and management of transaction documents and client onboarding processes.Coordinate conditions precedent and completion deliverables.Support fee earners in managing deal timelines and document execution.Review and proofread legal documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.Handle administrative and organisational aspects of transactions, including payment instructions and billing.
About You:
