As a Sales Support Coordinator you'll be the go-to person for supporting the sales team, ensuring everything runs smoothly from processing sales orders to liaising with depots, suppliers, and colleagues.
Salary £29.5K + a string of benefits including 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays), your birthday off after 1 year, and extra days for long service and free on-site parking
As a Sales Support Coordinator you'll be doing the following,
* Receiving and processing new/used machine sales orders
* Liaising with depot workshops, parts departments, and third-party suppliers
* Raising purchase orders and DTS requests
* Monitoring machine costs and margins
The ideal Sales Support Coordinator will need the following,
* Previous experience in a sales support role preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel skills especially valued)
* A good level of numeracy
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Excellent written communication and attention to detail
* A natural problem-solver who thrives in a team environment
* Personable, presentable, and articulate
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential, free on-site parking
Hours 8am-5pm Monday to Friday - 1 hour unpaid lunch break
