Job Description
Performs clerical duties to help the office run smoothly and efficiently. Providing admin support to the Executive team. Compiling reports. Data entry including sales information and customer information. Fielding incoming calls. Communicating with customers and suppliers to answer queries and resolve issues. Filing and archiving. Arranging internal and external events. Booking travel. Cross functional backup for peak activity, holiday, and sickness absence. Other ad hoc duties.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum of 2 years in a similar role in an office environment. Experience in purchasing administration is an advantage. Skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems (ideally Netsuite), CRM systems (ideally Salesforce), Apple Mail, Keynote, communication, interpersonal skills, problem solving, critical thinking, teamwork, adaptability, accuracy, numeracy, project management, strong work ethic, confidentiality, drive to develop and progress, and awareness of Data Privacy and GDPR.
