Summary Major Purpose of the Role
Were looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as anInternal Account Manager. This desk-based role is pivotal in supporting key account customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction while identifying opportunities to drive sales growth.
Main Responsibilities
1. Handle incoming calls from customers.
2. Analyse commercial data daily to spot trends and sales opportunities.
3. Translate internal reports into customer-friendly formats and communicate insights.
4. Manage a small portfolio of accounts, working towards a defined spend target.
5. Escalate issues appropriately to internal stakeholders.
