The Role
NHS Lanarkshire has an excellent and exciting opportunity to join an inspiring District Nursing Team based in Kenilworth Health Centre.
The post holder will be a Registered Nurse who will support the community nursing service in delivering high-quality healthcare. You will be responsible for providing skilled nursing interventions, ensuring a person-centred approach to care that is safe and effective to maintain quality standards. You will provide accessible, high-quality care to all age groups in the community, working in partnership with patients, care providers, and other agencies.

What you'll need to bring
* Valid NMC Registration as a Registered Nurse
* Excellent team working skills and ability to work independently
* Effective listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work with individuals and multidisciplinary teams
* Basic information technology skills
* Full, valid UK/EU/EEA driving license
Please note: a full UK/EU/EEA license is required for driving roles.
Contract details
Permanent, Full-time, 37 hours per week
Location and Working Pattern
This role is based in the Community Nursing Team at Kenilworth Health Centre.
The working hours are 24/7, from 8 am to 10 pm.
