Role Details
Office Administrator
Altrad are currently on the lookout for an Office Administrator to join the business to assist in the administrative running of all administrative tasks across the depot enabling the administrative function to run seamlessly, providing effective and efficient support to the scaffolding Depot.
Key Deliverables
* Raise all Requisitions
* On hire and off hire of scaffolding materials
* Monthly Transport logs
* Wages
* Liaise with supplier for quotes etc
* Liaise with site personnel on scaffolding requirements
* Arrange travel and accommodation
* All personnel training files are kept up to date
* All other general administrative duties as and when required
Key Requirements
* Experienced and relevant experience in administration gained within a busy environment
* Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
* Good communication skills/ excellent telephone manner
* Good organisational skills, ability to manage time well
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a high degree of efficiency
* Be able to work as part of a team
