Assembly Technician required by hugely successful and growing company, based in Gloucester. The successful Assembly Technician will work from engineering drawings to assemble pneumatic instruments whilst ensuring compliance to industry standards.
Main Duties Assembly Technician
Assembling a variety of advanced pneumatic instruments with precision and care.
Using complex diagnostic tests, methodologies, and technical builds to ensure product excellence.
Reading, interpreting and applying engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
Maintaining high standards of quality, ensuring that assemblies meet customer expectations and conform to contractual and regulatory requirements.
Follow strict compliance guidelines including health & safety, data protection, and quality assurance.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Assembly Technician
A background in a similar assembly role gained in a manufacturing or engineering or equivalent environment.
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering and assembly drawings.
Hands-on experience working with hydraulic/pneumatic systems and components.
Familiarity with precision measurement tools such as Verniers and Micrometres.
Excellent dexterity and attention to detail.
The ability to work well as part as a team and to prioritise own workload.
