Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Regiatered Care Manager role located in the London area, United Kingdom. The Manager will oversee the daily operations of care services, including case management, coordinating and supervising care staff, and ensuring high-quality care delivery. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, developing personalized care plans, liaising with medical professionals, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring smooth delivery of care
Carry out care assessments, reviews, and create person-centred support plans
Monitor and maintain compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
Lead and support staff, including recruitment, training, supervision, and HR processes
Work closely with directors to identify opportunities for business growth and service development
Ensure effective scheduling and rostering of staff to meet client needs
Maintain accurate records, audits, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Act as a key point of contact for clients, families, staff, and professionals
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' management experience in domiciliary or residential care
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to manage HR processes (recruitment, supervision, staff development)
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
