Unique Cosmetics Sweden AB is now looking for a London-based Sales Agent to build and develop the company’s presence in the UK market, introducing Swedish-made cosmetics and fragrance solutions to hospitality, lifestyle and premium brand clients.

As Sales Agent, you will represent Unique in London and the wider UK market. Your focus will be twofold: introducing premium cosmetics and fragrance solutions to hotels, boutique hotels, spas and hospitality concepts while also identifying brands and founders looking for high-quality Swedish production. This is a market-entry sales role for someone who enjoys building a pipeline from scratch, opening doors and turning first conversations into long-term commercial partnerships. You will sell quality, brand value, sustainability and Scandinavian production — not price.
* Identify and approach new business opportunities within hospitality, beauty, lifestyle and premium consumer brands.
* Build relationships with hotels, boutique hotels, spa concepts, lifestyle brands and brand founders in London and the UK.
* Present Unique’s cosmetics and fragrance solutions as a way to elevate guest experience and strengthen brand identity.
* Drive prospecting, meetings, follow-up and sales opportunities in a structured way.
* Act as Unique’s representative in the UK market and contribute to long-term market growth.
* Collaborate closely with the Swedish team to move opportunities from first contact to business.

We are looking for a sales professional with proven experience in sales, business development or client acquisition. You may come from hospitality, beauty, fragrance, luxury, fashion, lifestyle, retail or another premium segment. You are confident in approaching new prospects, meeting with decision-makers and following up until business moves forward. You combine commercial drive with an understanding of premium products, brand positioning and long-term relationships.
* Experience in sales, business development or customer acquisition.
* Experience from hospitality, hotels, beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, luxury brands, fashion, lifestyle or retail.
* A strong understanding of premium products, brand positioning and relationship-based sales.
* A London base or a strong network in London/the UK.
* A proven track record of creating business opportunities and driving sales processes forward.
It is a strong advantage if you already have a network within hotels, spas, lifestyle brands, beauty, fashion or premium consumer brands in London or the wider UK market.
