We are seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our production teams and manufacturing processes. You will ensure efficient, cost-effective production while maintaining high quality standards and meeting customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Production & Operations Lead and optimise production processes across multiple teams and facilities Plan and deliver production schedules (daily to annual) Manage materials, supply chain, and equipment procurement/maintenance Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost control while maintaining quality Coordinate resources to meet project deadlines and client specifications Identify and implement process improvements and production systems (e.g. MRP) Oversee facility improvements and production layout planning Health, Safety & Quality Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards Conduct audits, inspections, and enforce safe working practices (including PPE) Maintain equipment safety checks, records, and risk assessments Implement quality assurance processes and resolve issues promptly Support ISO standard preparation and continuous improvement People Management Lead, motivate, and develop production teams across sites Manage staffing, performance, labour allocation, and costs Foster a positive, high-performing work environment Identify training needs and support staff development Handle employee issues in line with company policies Person Specification: Proven experience in production or operations management Strong leadership and organisational skills Commitment to health & safety and quality excellence Continuous improvement mindset Skills: Production Management lean manufacturing health and safety People Management Quality Management Benefits: Free car parking Paid holidays Good Facilities
