Are you a friendly and dynamic individual looking for an exciting opportunity? Our valued client is on the lookout for a Saturday receptionist to join their team in Burnopfield!

Position: Saturday Receptionist
Contract Type: Temporary ongoing
Location: Burnopfield (Free onsite parking)
Salary: £12.89 per hour paid weekly through OA
Hours: Every Saturday, 10am - 4pm


Start Date: ASAP



What You'll Do:


As the Front of House Assistant, you'll be the welcoming face of our organization. Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Answering the mainline phone and directing calls appropriately.



  • Monitoring the reception area



  • Meeting and greeting customers with a warm and professional demeanour.

  • Providing general support to the team, ensuring smooth operations.

  • Using your initiative to tackle challenges and deliver competent support.



    • What We're Looking For:


    To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities:



  • Previous experience within similar customer service or Front of House roles is preferred.

  • Resilience and the ability to handle a busy work environment.

  • Strong initiative to proactively assist the team and customers.

  • A positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Competence in multitasking and managing various tasks efficiently.


    • Due to the location of this role, holding a valid driving licence would be advantageous, although it is not essential.
