Our client, a top-tier national law firm is seeking a talented and ambitious Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Real Estate team to be based in Birmingham. This planned appointment comes in response to a growing pipeline of complex, high-value development projects across the region and nationally.

In this role, you’ll lead on a wide range of commercial development matters, including site acquisitions, disposals, and development funding. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in managing significant transactions from end to end, while providing clients with commercially focused, pragmatic legal advice.

You will work directly with a long-established client base, including major developers, institutional investors and landowners, on large-scale development schemes. Your ability to understand the bigger picture and deliver seamless legal solutions by collaborating across departments will be key to your success.

The Birmingham-based Real Estate team is known for its national reach, deep sector expertise, and commercial acumen, particularly in development work. The team forms part of a wider legal and professional services group, offering clients fully integrated support across areas such as planning, construction, and tax.

Described as forward-thinking and straight-talking, the team takes pride in building long-term client relationships and consistently delivering outstanding results. You’ll be joining a collaborative, high-performing group of Lawyers, committed to maintaining their reputation as one of the most dynamic real estate practices in the UK.

Our clients seeks to appoint a UK qualified Solicitor offering c.4–8 years’ PQE, who has demonstrable experience in development and commercial property work. Experience with mixed-use schemes, development funding, or structured real estate transactions would be highly advantageous.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys solving complex legal problems and working closely with clients and colleagues alike.
