The Opportunity:

A fantastic opportunity for a driven medical sales or clinical professional to join a market-leading, privately-owned manufacturer of advanced wound care products. Covering the well-established Essex and Suffolk territory, you'll take ownership of a buoyant patch with excellent formulary access and strong existing relationships but with plenty of headroom for growth.

The Role:

As Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing business across Essex and Suffolk. You'll focus on developing key relationships with Tissue Viability Nurses, District Nurses, Community Pharmacists, and Medicines Management teams, promoting the clinical and economic value of a proven wound care portfolio.

* Manage existing accounts while identifying and developing new opportunities
* Deliver clinical training and education sessions to healthcare professionals
* Work collaboratively with your Sales Manager and Healthcare Partnership Manager to secure formulary inclusion and drive territory growth
* Benefit from excellent product training and support - ideal for candidates moving into wound care from another medical or B2B background


The Ideal Candidate:

* A driven, credible sales professional with excellent relationship-building skills
* Experience in medical sales, healthcare, or consultative B2B sales
* Clinicians with some commercial exposure and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply
* Confident delivering education and presenting to clinical audiences
* Full UK driving licence and comfortable with daily field travel


The Package:

* Basic Salary: £38,000 - £47,000 (depending on experience)
* Bonus: £7,000 OTE + annual company profit share
* Car: Company car or allowance
* Benefits: Healthcare, pension, laptop, mobile, 25 days' holiday + bank holidays
